a series of weekly runs held at Syracuse University's Manley Field
House indoor track (257.627m, tartan, unbanked) or outdoor track (400m mondo),

2018.) There are several pivot tables that find average performance, performance
counts, and best performance in each age-sex group and event. You will need
to enable macros in order to see properly formatted times. The file is about
2 MB.

Outside runs: League rules allow each runner to submit a limited number of
outside times, but these must be approved by the Commish. Please email to
trmcconn@syr.edu and include the date, the distance, the time you ran,
the name of the race, and whether or not the course is certified (if known.)
